Update for end-of-year arrangements for Katherine Court

From 18 December to 22 December 2023 a Judge will be sitting in Katherine to hear any new in custody matters and urgent applications.

The Katherine Court House will be closed for the period 27, 28 and 29 December.  No Court services will be available on these days. Any custody matters will be heard before the Darwin Court at Nichols Place, with youth matters to be heard at the Children’s Court at the TCG Building.

The Katherine Court will reopen on Tuesday 2 January with a resident Judge.
