NOTICE TO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS, POLICE, CORRECTIONS and COURT USERS REGARDING
ALYUNGULA / NUMBULWAR / ANGURUGU CIRCUIT 1 – 3 FEBRUARY 2022

BARUNGA CIRCUIT – 2 FEBRUARY 2022 CIRCUIT COURTS – ALYUNGULA / NUMBULWAR / ANGURUGU

Circuit Courts - Alyungula, Numbulwar and Angurugu
The Court will not be travelling to Alyungula, Numbulwar and Angurugu next week due to an increase in Covid-19 cases in the community. The sittings are cancelled.
All matters listed at Alyungula on these circuits were mentioned in a call-over before Judge Armitage on Friday, 28 January 2022.
All Alyangula matters have been adjourned until 8 March 2022. All Numbulwar matters are adjourned until 11 May 2022. Angurugu matters are adjourned until 10 March, unless another date was already listed.
Bail will be continued to any adjournment date on the same terms and conditions.
Any summons to attend as a witness is revoked.
The new orders for all files will be entered in IJIS next week on their previously listed dates.

Circuit Court – Borroloola
The Borroloola circuit court will be proceeding.
A callover of all custody matters will be held in Borroloola on Monday morning, with defendants excused at the callover, to confirm whether transfer to Borroloola is still required.

Circuit Court - Barunga
The Barunga circuit court will be proceeding.
This notice may be updated from time to time.
