Notice #3/2022: Operations at Wurrumiyanga Circuit Court

The Court will not be travelling to Wurrumiyanga next Monday due to covid-19 cases in the community.

All matters listed at Wurrumiyanga on 24 and 25 January 2022 will be mentioned in Court in Darwin on 24 January at 10am. Defendants on the Tiwi Islands are not required to attend.

Defendants may appear by telephone if this can be facilitated.

If you require virtual appearance by TEAMS or telephone please complete the notification of virtual appearance or contact the Darwin Local Court Registry.

Bail will be continued to any adjournment date on the same terms and conditions. Any reporting condition may be met by telephone contact with the Wurrumiyanga Police.
